How our laundry service works
1. Set your bag out
We text you a reminder the day before pickup.
Place your laundry bag outside by 7:30 a.m. on your pickup day.
2. We clean everything in-house
Fragrance-free, dye-free, eco-friendly products.
Your laundry is never mixed with other households and never sent to laundromats or gig workers.
3. Next-evening delivery
We return everything neatly folded and packaged the next evening.
Holiday schedule adjustments are communicated in advance.
Laundry pricing
Pay-as-you-go — $65 per bag
Perfect for occasional use or households that want flexibility.
Weekly Laundry Plan — $199 per month
Includes 4 bags per month (1 per week).
First month: $169 (15% savings)
Family Laundry Plan — $299 per month
Includes 8 bags per month (2 per week).
First month: $259 (15% savings)
Each flat-rate bag holds roughly 25 pounds — about the equivalent of three full loads in a standard washing machine.
If a bag has more volume than a standard amount, a $10 service adjustment will apply to support the additional processing time needed for your order.

We offer full-service next-day dry cleaning in addition to laundry.
Your dry cleaning is pressed, finished, and returned the next evening, along with your laundry — all handled in-house by certified garment-care professionals.

A quick note about bags & hooks
We provide separate bags for laundry and dry cleaning because each service requires a different delivery process.
Dry cleaning is returned hung on your door hook, while laundry is delivered folded and securely packaged before being placed back inside your bag.
At your first dry cleaning pickup, we’ll give you a complimentary door hook that simply hangs over your door — no installation needed.
If you prefer to use your own hook instead, that works too.
