We send a reminder the evening before your dedicated route day. Reply YES when you need service. We pick up between 7:30–11:00 AM and return your order the following evening.

No. Once you reply YES to the reminder, simply place your bag outside before the pickup window. You do not need to be home for pickup or delivery.

Everyday wash-and-fold laundry: T-shirts, jeans, socks, undergarments, activewear, casual clothing, sleepwear, and towels. Specialty garments or items needing pressing should be sent as dry cleaning.

Yes. We provide dry cleaning pickup and delivery for recurring route customers. Garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned the following evening. Single-item or one-time pickups are not available.
